FAQs

  • April-November.

    All event spaces are fully outdoors.

  • Check out our Weddings page to see the individual spaces and each capacity.

    300 is the max we can host at our venue.

    All Guests will be shuttled from the lower parking area so allot enough time in your timeline creation for this to take place. We have 30 person passenger vans to accommodate this service.

  • Yes, all weddings and events require a seasoned planner to host at our venue. If you do not have a planner we have local vetted recommendations.

    We provide a venue manager who will be onsite to show you around the property, answer questions about power, restrooms, fire & water capabilities, etc. They will be there to communicate with you on behalf of the Bird Estate.

    Due to the nature of our property a Certificate of Insurance is required of all vendors working on the property and the client who is booking the space.

  • We have a lower parking lot that all guests and vendors will park in and we will shuttle you up and down to the estate.

  • We only take on one wedding a weekend so that the couple has a luxurious and exclusive experience. We believe in delivering a quality experience and a 2 day rental allows every couple the opportunity to experience the estate to the fullest. This also allows them to host a rehearsal and rehearsal dinner onsite the day before.

  • Yes, we will share the vetted local vendor recommendations upon booking.

  • Our packages begin at $26,000 and run upwards depending on guest count, additional housing, added guest experiences like sunrise yoga, pool parties, etc. We cater each package to the needs of the client.
